Robert is an expert in data-driven innovation, with strong leadership, managerial, and strategic skills. Building on an academic background in Applied Mathematics and Computational Biology, Robert spent a decade consulting on cutting-edge computational solutions to problems in business and in the public sector. He has since returned to academic research, now exploring the relationships between innovation, productivity, and growth in manufacturing.
Robert is an elected member of Vale of White Horse District Council, with experiences in roles including: Chair of the Climate Emergency Advisory Committee; Group Whip; and Cabinet Member for Environmental Services, Climate Action, and Nature Recovery.
