Simon is a leader in international trade, commercial strategy, and government relations, helping to drive growth and expansion in both the public and private sectors.
He serves as Director for Trade Strategy and Partnerships (EMEA) at Intralink, where he works across international initiatives and supports companies entering new markets. He also acts as Director for Santander’s Navigator Global in-market specialists network across more than 30 countries, helping SMEs expand internationally through local expertise.
Prior to his current roles, Simon held senior private-sector positions. As Commercial Director at L Marks, he delivered major innovation programmes for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, and as Chief Operating Officer at Agile Spray Response, a counter-pollution scale-up, he helped shape its international expansion.
Earlier in his career, Simon served as Senior Advisor for Trade and Economics in government and launched the International Trade programme at techUK, supporting governments and companies to navigate public policy, trade and operational challenges.
Simon has spoken globally on international technology trends and sits on the King’s Awards for Enterprise Judging Committee for International Trade.
He holds a BA (Hons) in International Studies with Political Science from the University of Birmingham and an MBA from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
